Yes. We work exclusively with genuine cultured pearls – both freshwater and saltwater. We supply a certificate of authenticity for the pearls with every piece of jewelry. For selected pieces, a certificate from an independent gemological laboratory is also available on request.

We personally select our pearls from trusted producers, mainly in Japan, Indonesia, China and French Polynesia. Akoya pearls come from Japan, Tahitian pearls from the lagoons of French Polynesia and South Sea pearls from Indonesia.

Freshwater pearls grow in freshwater mussels, which produce several pearls at once. This makes them more affordable, and they come in a wide range of shapes and natural shades. Saltwater pearls – Akoya, Tahitian and South Sea – grow in marine pearl oysters, usually just one pearl per oyster. They are rarer, have an exceptional luster and rank among the most valuable pearls in the world.

We match the pearls for earrings and necklaces by hand so that their shape, color and luster are in harmony. Necklaces and bracelets are strung using the traditional knotting technique on extra-strong high-performance threads from Germany – the small knots between the pearls protect their surface and extend the life of the jewelry. Every piece is inspected before dispatch and packed personally.
