Christmas Delivery 2025

We ship orders until 23 December 2025. Delivery speed depends on courier capacity, which may vary during the holiday rush. Collection points and parcel lockers are usually the fastest option.

For the quickest processing, we recommend choosing online payment. We dispatch parcels on the same day the order is placed, or the next working day at the latest.

To help ensure delivery before Christmas, please place your order no later than:

• Czech Republic: 22 December 2025
• Austria, Germany, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, France: 16 December 2025
• Spain: 15 December 2025
• Other countries: On request

It is possible that orders shipped later may still arrive before Christmas, but we do not recommend relying on this. We have seen such cases in previous years; however, delivery times largely depend on the current capacity of the carriers. Please note that for most couriers, the last delivery day is 23 December 2025.

We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery 100%, but by following the recommended deadlines, we will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives on time.

Between Christmas and New Year our store is closed, but you can continue shopping 24/7 in our online shop. Orders received during this period will be dispatched on 5 January 2026.
