I can’t complete my order

If you’re unable to complete your order, please check that the option I agree to the Terms and Conditions is selected under the delivery details. Without this step, the system will not allow you to proceed. You can also try placing the order in a different browser or in incognito mode.

If the issue persists, please let us know:
– which shipping method and payment method you selected,
– to which country the parcel should be delivered,
– and leave your email address here so we can contact you.

Why can’t I choose cash on delivery?

Shipping carriers often set limits for cash-on-delivery payments, usually around 700 EUR (or the equivalent in another currency). If the value of your order exceeds this amount, the cash-on-delivery option will not be available at checkout.

Another possible reason is that some carriers do not offer cash on delivery at all, in which case this payment method will not appear in the cart.

Do you buy pearls?

Unfortunately, we do not buy pearls. There are different types of pearls – natural, cultured, freshwater, saltwater, and imitations. We only purchase pearls from verified suppliers we know personally and whose quality and authenticity we can guarantee.

Pearls are soft and can be easily scratched, lose their luster, or be damaged by chemicals (for example, perfume). Used pearls therefore often lose value. If you believe your jewelry has exceptional or historical value, we recommend contacting an antique dealer.

The window with pickup points does not appear in my order

If the pickup point map does not open during checkout, it may be due to the following reasons:

  • Browser issue: Try opening the page in a different browser or in incognito mode.
  • Blocked scripts: Extensions like AdBlock can block scripts from the domain widget.packeta.com. Temporarily disable these extensions and try again.

Is this jewelry available in gold or silver?

Most of our jewelry can be made in both gold and silver – for example, necklace and bracelet clasps, stud earrings, or earrings with a Continental clasp. If both metal versions are not listed for a specific item, we can prepare it individually upon request.

Why do EUR prices differ between the various language versions of the website?

Within the EU, we use the OSS (One Stop Shop) system to simplify VAT reporting for cross-border sales. Prices therefore always include the VAT rate applicable in the country of delivery – for example, German VAT for Germany or Slovak VAT for Slovakia.

Do you ship to other countries, such as the USA, Ukraine, or Canada?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If you wish to have an order delivered to a country not listed in the website header, switch the site to English, German, or French – you will then be able to select the desired destination country during checkout.

Note: Shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order.

Are prices available in other currencies?

We display prices in EUR, CZK, HUF, PLN, and RON. In the website header, please select your preferred language and currency – the page will automatically reload with the correct local pricing.

Can you make a ring or another piece of jewelry from my own pearls?

We do not create jewelry from customer-supplied pearls. However, our service includes repairs such as restringing bracelets or necklaces, replacing clasps, and jewelry cleaning – in these cases, we can work with your pearls.

I need gift wrapping for my jewelry

We are happy to wrap your jewelry as a gift – individually arranged with you to ensure both presentation and safe delivery.

How fast is delivery?

We ship jewelry immediately after receiving your order. If you place your order before 12:00, it is usually dispatched the same day. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination country – typically 1–2 business days.

What does the jewelry packaging look like?

Jewelry is packed in a black padded box, protected with bubble wrap. Our online shop also offers elegant velvet gift boxes that can be added to your order.

When will an out-of-stock item be available again?

On the product page, you can activate the availability notification – you will receive an email once the product is restocked. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

In what language is the certificate issued?

The Buka Jewelry certificate is issued according to the customer’s country (Czech, Hungarian, German, Romanian, or English). CGL certificates are bilingual (CZ/EN), and Pearl Science Laboratory Tokyo certificates are issued in English.

I need to repair a piece of jewelry

Repairs such as replacing clasps, restringing bracelets or necklaces, or reattaching pearls are usually possible. Please describe the issue, and our team will arrange the details with you.

Can you shorten or lengthen a bracelet or necklace?

Most of our necklaces and bracelets can be custom adjusted – shortened or lengthened. We can also modify your own jewelry if we have suitable materials available.

Do you offer discounts?

Our loyalty program rewards you with points for every purchase and review, which can later be converted into discounts. Pearl jewelry sets are always priced more favorably than individual pieces. Exclusive discounts are available to our newsletter subscribers – sign up to receive special offers first!

Where can I sell pearls?

If you wish to sell a pearl jewelry piece, we recommend contacting an antique dealer. We do not buy pearls – we only purchase new items from verified wholesale suppliers.

How can I get a certificate?

We provide a certificate of authenticity for the pearls with every piece of jewelry purchased from us. There are several types of certificates for our jewelry; you can learn more about them on this page:

Can I order a necklace or bracelet with a yellow gold clasp?

Yes, in most cases we can provide a necklace or bracelet with a yellow gold clasp. It depends on the specific piece, so it’s handled individually. Would you like to be connected with an operator to discuss the options?

How much does shipping to another country cost?

You can see the exact shipping cost directly in your cart after adding the item and selecting the destination country and carrier. If your country is not listed under the flag menu at the top, switch to the EN, DE, or FR version — all available destinations are listed there.

I cannot log in to my account / I cannot complete the registration

To successfully register on our e-shop, all required fields must be filled in correctly and the anti-spam verification question answered. The most common cause of issues is an incorrectly entered e-mail address. Without it, the system cannot send the activation message needed to complete the registration.

After submitting the registration form, the system automatically sends an e-mail with an activation link. The same message also contains your login details (username and password). If you do not activate your account by clicking the link, you will not be able to log in.

Please also check your Promotions, Updates or Spam folders, as the activation e-mail may have been placed there. If you do not receive the message within a few minutes, the reason may be an incorrectly entered e-mail – in this case, the registration must be repeated.

What is the warranty period?

The warranty period for purchased goods is 24 months from the date of receipt. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
