Returning goods – withdrawal from the contract

Purchased jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable legislation and our terms and conditions.

Returned goods must be unworn, undamaged, and in a condition that allows for resale. The jewelry may be tried on in a manner similar to what would be possible in a physical store. However, if the returned goods show signs of wear or other use beyond ordinary trying-on, the refunded amount may be reasonably reduced by the resulting decrease in the value of the goods. We recommend returning the jewelry together with its original packaging.

After receiving the returned goods, we will refund the money for the goods, including the delivery costs to you at the lowest rate offered in accordance with applicable legislation, no later than within 14 days. The cost of sending the goods back to us is borne by the customer.

Extending the return period to 60 days

You can extend the return period for goods up to 60 days. This is a paid service that can be added to the cart for each item when shopping in our online store.

How to proceed with a return

1. Pack the goods carefully so that they are not damaged during transport. Ideally, use the original box and protective packaging.
2. Include the completed withdrawal form in the package, or fill it out online; both options can be found below on this page.
3. Send the package to the address listed below. Do not send the goods by cash on delivery – we cannot accept such shipments.
4. If you submit the online withdrawal form, please send us the returned goods without undue delay, no later than within 14 days of submitting the form.

We recommend sending the package with a tracking option. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to our address.

An uncollected shipment does not constitute withdrawal from the contract

If the customer fails to collect goods sent by cash on delivery or paid in advance, this does not constitute a valid withdrawal from the purchase contract. The purchase contract was concluded and fulfilled by the seller upon dispatch of the shipment.

In the event of the return of an uncollected shipment, the customer is obliged to cover the costs associated with transport, packaging, and the return of the goods.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us before it is shipped. If the shipment is already in transit, we recommend accepting it and then exercising your right of withdrawal by returning the goods within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange of goods

Within the 14-day period, we also offer the option to exchange a piece of jewelry for another.

If you wish to exchange goods, please contact us in advance. Undamaged and unused jewelry can be exchanged for another product. Any price difference will either be refunded to you or must be paid by you.
