Returns – withdrawal from the contract
You can return purchased jewelry within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable law and our Terms & Conditions.
Returned items must be unworn and undamaged and in a condition suitable for resale. We recommend returning the jewelry with its original packaging.
After we receive the returned items, we will refund your payment no later than 14 days, including the basic delivery cost as required by law.

How to return an item
- Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transport. Ideally, use the original box and protective outer packaging.
- Put the completed withdrawal form inside the parcel.
- Send the parcel to the address below. Please do not send parcels cash on delivery – we cannot accept them.

We recommend sending the parcel with tracking. The customer is responsible for the item until it is delivered to our address.
An uncollected parcel is not a withdrawal
If a customer does not collect an order sent cash on delivery or paid in advance, this is not considered a valid withdrawal. The contract was concluded and fulfilled by the seller by dispatching the parcel.
If an uncollected parcel is returned to the sender, the customer is obliged to cover the costs related to shipping, packaging and return transport.
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us before the parcel is dispatched. If the parcel is already in transit, we recommend accepting it and then using your right of withdrawal by returning the item within 14 days of delivery.
Exchange
Within the 14-day period, we also offer the option to exchange jewelry for another item.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us in advance. Unworn and undamaged jewelry can be exchanged for another product. Any price difference will be refunded or paid by you, as applicable.
