How to redeem loyalty points

Your collected loyalty points can be redeemed as a discount on your next purchase in the Buka Jewelry online store. To use your points, you must be logged in to your customer account.

Do I need a customer account?

Yes. Loyalty points can only be redeemed within a customer account. If you did not create an account with your first purchase and checked out as a guest, you will not lose your points.

Points are tracked using the email address used in your order. Simply create a customer account later using the same email address, and all points from previous purchases made with that email will be automatically credited to your account.

How to use points during checkout

After logging in, your current point balance will be shown in your account and in the cart. When placing a new order, you can choose how many points you want to redeem.

• 1 point = 0.04 € discount
• Per order, points can be redeemed up to a maximum of 50% of the product value (excluding shipping)

After you complete your order, the redeemed points will be deducted from your account, and any remaining points will stay available for future purchases.

Important information

• Points cannot be redeemed without logging in to your customer account.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Points are tracked by the customer’s email address.
• Points do not expire.

Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the loyalty program (“Program”) operated by Buka Jewelry, s.r.o., Company ID: 04909577, headquartered at Ke Stírce 338/51, 18200 Prague 8, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register at the Prague City Court, Section C, Insert 386726 (“Organizer”).
1.2. By participating in the Program, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Earning Points

2.1. Purchases: Customers earn 1 point for every 4 EUR spent (including VAT). The minimum purchase amount to earn points is 4 EUR.
2.2. Product Ratings:
Giving a star rating (without text) = 15 points
Writing a text review = 25 points
2.3. Points are credited only for paid and non-returned orders; points will be deducted if goods are returned.
2.4. Points are credited automatically to a customer account, which must be created by registration prior to purchase or rating. Points cannot be credited retroactively without registration.

3. Redeeming Points

3.1. Accumulated points can be used as a discount on the next purchase; 1 point = 0.04 EUR discount.
3.2. Points can be redeemed up to a maximum of 50% of the order value (excluding shipping costs).
3.3. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or redeemed otherwise.

4. Validity of Points

4.1. Points have no expiration date unless the Organizer modifies or ends the Program. In case of Program termination, the Organizer shall notify customers at least 30 days in advance.
4.2. Changes to these terms will be communicated to customers in advance via email or website.

5. Other Provisions

5.1. The Organizer reserves the right to change or terminate the Program at any time unilaterally.
5.2. The Organizer is not liable for technical failures affecting points accrual or redemption.
5.3. The Organizer may exclude customers suspected of abuse or fraud.
5.4. No legal claim to points or rewards arises; the Program is not a lottery, contest, or public promise under applicable laws.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. These terms come into effect on 13. 6. 2025.
6.2. The Program is voluntary and may be ended without compensation, subject to the notification obligation under 4.1.
6.3. Legal relations not covered herein are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
