Delivery costs are refunded up to the amount of the cheapest delivery method offered. The customer bears the cost of sending the goods back to us.

Bank account number for the refund (please provide it in IBAN format). We refund the money using the same method by which we received it (e.g. a refund to the payment card). If this is not possible, we will send the money to the account provided here no later than within 14 days.
