This pearl necklace is crafted from genuine Tahitian pearls, among the rarest forms of pearl jewelry in the world. Sourced from the lagoons of French Polynesia, they are prized for their natural dark colour palette—from soft grey through steel green and peacock tones to deep black with emerald or violet overtones.
Every Tahitian pearl is unique—defined by natural lustre, depth of colour and pronounced growth lines. In Grade D, pearls feature irregular shapes and measure approximately 9–11 mm, giving them an authentic character and underscoring their exotic origin. This diversity makes Tahitian pearls unmistakable and highly sought‑after by connoisseurs of luxury craftsmanship.
The necklace is hand‑strung using the traditional knotting technique—tiny knots between pearls protect the surface and extend longevity. We string it in our workshop on extra‑strong German high‑performance threads. It is finished with a 14k white‑gold clasp with safety lock for comfortable, secure wear.
For a flawless set, pair it with our pearl earrings and explore our full pearl jewelry collection.
We supply a Buka Jewelry Certificate of Authenticity with every piece. Upon request, we can also arrange an independent certificate from the Czech Gemological Laboratory (service subject to a fee).
