Pearl set necklace and bracelet Peanut Criss-cross

The Peanut Criss-cross pearl set consists of a pearl necklace and a pearl bracelet made of genuine freshwater pearls in an elongated, double shape reminiscent of peanuts (known as peanut pearls), approximately 12 mm in size, in white.

The pearls are of AA quality. Pearls of AA quality have good to very good lustre and only minor natural imperfections on the surface. Their irregular, elongated shape is typical of this design and is a deliberate design element, not a flaw.

The peanut pearls are drilled across their width rather than their length and strung so that each pearl regularly crosses its neighbour – it is this criss-cross arrangement that creates the striking, irregular look that sets it apart from classic single-strand stringing. Both pieces retain the traditional knotting technique between the pearls, which protects their surface, and each is finished with a rhodium-plated silver ball clasp with a safety hook.
